Este lunes tuve el enorme agrado de ser invitada para hablar (en inglés) de la pelotita en Low Limit Futbol, un podcast realizado en los Estados Unidos y conducido por los especialistas Roberto Rojas, Joe Uccello y Michael Orr.

Hablamos desde Real Madrid y Zinedine Zidane en su primer año como DT merengue hasta la Selección Chilena, Arturo Vidal, Alexis Sánchez y adelantamos lo que pasaría este martes con el anuncio de la FIFA de realizar en 2026 un mundial con 48 países.

Ahí tuve la oportunidad de expresar con argumentos el rechazo a esta idea que, para mí, es quizás la prueba más fuerte de que están matando el fútbol sólo por conveniencia política y económica. Roberto, Joe y Michael también expresaron su oposición. Al final, estamos todos contra el mundial FIFA de de 48 países.

On Monday, I had the great pleasure to be a guest on Low Limit Futbol, an American podcast hosted by footy specialists Roberto Rojas, Joe Uccello and Michael Orr.

We talked about a range of topics from Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane to the Chilean National Team, Alexis Sánchez, Arturo Vidal and we also anticipated what happened on Tuesday with the controversial announcement of FIFA with its decision to expand the World Cup to 48 countries, starting on 2026.

There I had the opportunity to express my views and rejection to this idea that, to me, is killing fútbol only for political and financial convenience. Roberto, Joe and Michael also expressed their opposition. In the end, we’re all against the 48-country FIFA World Cup.
